1. Contact Us - Connect with us using the "Contact Form", or call or text us at (289) 301-7433. We will respond as quickly as possible.
2. Prices - Our prices depend on a number of factors (size, location, extra features, ease of delivery, etc.) so it is difficult to publish a static price list. We strive to offer great prices so that we can match or beat any competitor while offering a much higher quality product.
3. Sizing - Decide on the size and style of your building using our Photo Galleries on our Home Page and measurements from your yard. Be mindful of any obstacles that might affect delivery.
4. Type of Project - Determine if you have a wide enough driveway for a fully assembled building, or if you need us to build it on site, or deliver a Do-It-Yourself Kit.
5. Standard Features - Our basic designs include a set of 60" double doors, one window, two gable vents and an insulated steel roof.
6. Customizations - You can add or change windows or doors, storage loft(s), stain, steel garage doors or steel rollup doors, insulated doors, insulated windows, insulated floors. We can also add framing for insulation, house wrap, interior stalls, etc.
7. Site Preparation - Our buildings come standard with a wooden subfloor (2"x6" Hemlock floor joists with 5/8" plywood) on top of two parallel Hemlock beams. Ideally, the building is situated on level ground. We can use patio stones under the hemlock beams to level the building. A gravel base or a concrete base is helpful to keep water away from the building but it is not required. If you have a concrete base already in place, we can design your building without the wooden subfloor if you wish.
8. Permits - Generally you do not need a permit for any building smaller that 161 sq. ft. (eg: 10x16 or 11X14) according to the updated Ontario Building Code (April 2022). Contact your local Building Department if you have concerns.

10. Stain - You can stain or paint the building yoursef to save the expense, or for a small price, our Amish carpenter will stain it for you.
